Flight Cards: (Single pdf) (4-Up pdf)

Please familiarize yourself with our flight cards. One card must be filled out for each flight you make at our launches. Flight cards help us to announce your name, hometown, rocket name and motor configuration at over the public address system, and they help us to write the launch report after the launch and plan for future club equipment needs. Please fill them out legibly so we can give you credit for your flights!

Please print and fill out your membership application to join or renew your membership.


Flyer Waiver: (pdf)

For each launch, every flyer must fill out a flyer waiver or you can download a copy here and pre-print it to save some time at the field.
