Join us for LDRS 44, the flagship annual launch of the Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA), proudly hosted by Indiana Rocketry. This year’s event will take place at the expansive Pence field in Warren County Indiana. Offering miles of flat, open agricultural land—ideal for safe and successful rocket recovery. We are ready to welcome flyers form across the country to one of the premier launch sites in the region.
With a generous waiver of 24,000 feet AGL the skies are ready for your project, big or small. We welcome all rockets with safe distances capable of handling motors up to T impulse with proper documentation. Indiana Rocketry’s launch infrastructure is second to none, featuring top-tier high-power equipment—including 68 pads and two away cells.
Expect an excited community of rocketry enthusiasts and excellent vendors on-site to support your flights and food needs. The week kicks-off with flying on the 16th thru the 19th, featuring TRATech Conference on Thursday and Friday evenings, April 16th and 17th. On Saturday, April 18th, we’ll gather for the TRA Banquet at a top-rated local restaurant.
